I was born and raised in Togo, and the issues this initiative seeks to address are not abstract to me. My work in renewable energy, agriculture, project management, and community-based enterprise has put me at the intersection of these issues. Through my experience working with farmers and across agricultural value chains, I've seen both what technology and markets can offer, and their limits when communities have no structured channel into the institutions deciding on their behalf.
Sillon is a distinct initiative, born from that experience but designed and led in a personal capacity, not as an extension of any existing commercial activity.

Sillon is non-partisan: it does not support, endorse, or fund any political party, candidate, or electoral campaign. Public officials are engaged because of the decisions they make, not their political affiliation.
We commit to:
- Never presenting unverified impact.
- Never citing a partnership that hasn't been confirmed in writing.
- Never publishing a testimonial without explicit consent.
- Clearly stating the source, date, and collection method for every published figure.
